Shipping & Damage Policy
We take great care in packing and shipping our plants so they arrive in the best possible condition. If your order arrives with significant damage caused by us (excluding any issues that are the courier’s responsibility), we’re happy to offer a refund for the affected item.
To help us resolve this quickly, please take a clear photo of the parcel and the damage at the time of delivery. You can then email it to us at josh@theplantpost.co.nz, and we’ll review your claim and get back to you with an outcome as soon as possible.
